Frequently Asked Questions:

A: The GM Costco Program is an exclusive savings offer available only to eligible Costco Members when they purchase, finance or lease a new eligible 2022/2023 models between March 1 and May 1, 2023.

A: No. Costco Members may purchase as many vehicles as they want under this program, but all vehicles must be purchased and registered in the name of the Costco Member (or their Business if they are the sole owner)

A: You can register for the Costco Member Pricing Program by visiting Costcoauto.ca, selecting a model, completing a short registration form, and then obtaining an authorization # that you can bring with you to Gus Brown Port Perry.

A: Customer takes delivery of an eligible vehicle and dealer promptly reports the Vehicle Delivery. GM notifies Costco (every two weeks) of all the eligible sales. Customer is then emailed a survey from Costco (OR called by Costco to complete a telephone survey if email is not on file). Customer completes the survey & in 3 weeks the customer receives an email that includes their Costco Shop Card. This is an E Card (can be used for e shopping OR in a physical store).
