What’s New for 2025?

No major changes are slated for 2025 models as the Sierra 1500 returns largely as the same model consumers loved from last year. The Sierra 1500 most recently received a mid-cycle refresh back in 2022, remaining on its fifth model generation, introduced back in 2019.

Performance & Capability

4 engine options are available for the 2025 Sierra 1500. Drivers will find plenty of power and flexibility with the standard TurboMax 2.7-litre engine. Two V8 sizes are available, choose between a 5.3- and 6.2-litre options. The 2025 Sierra 1500 is also available with a diesel option, as the Duramax turbocharged 3.0-litre offers best-in-class diesel horsepower (305) and 460 lb-ft of torque.
